Description
Dodow is a handy device that was created by the French LIVLAB team to help us fall asleep in a natural way: without sleeping pills, a variety of therapies or meditations. This device has been designed to cope with insomnia, frequent waking in the middle of the night, restlessness, permanent thinking and stress. The gadget is safe and suitable for adults and children (from the age of 6).
Dodow's operating principle is quite simple. Once switched on, it projects a softly pulsating blue halo onto the ceiling with a certain rhythm of breathing to match: breathing in as the circle expands and exhaling as it disappears. The manufacturer has conducted numerous tests to find the optimum amount of light and the pulsation rate. By concentrating our attention on the blue circle, our minds are freed from anxious thoughts, whereas brain activity is reduced, our metabolism and breathing slow down, and we fall asleep easily.
The Dodow wireless device is portable and lightweight. You can take it with you on the road and place it at any convenient location near your bed. It is switched on with a single or double tap on the touchpad, depending on the selected operation mode - either 8 or 20 minutes. When the set time elapses, the device switches off automatically.
